Good clean location. Few finishing touches would make it a 10. Positive: The location was good and the beds linens very comfortable.Kitchen well appointed. Negative: There is only one bathroom and the number of sleeping areas does not connect with that reality whether family or group of friends. Kettle coffee pot need descaling. The main large window ( water view ) was obscured as outside window very dirty.

Positive: Nice , cozy and friendly home! Negative: Humidity and smell in the basement is to be repaired!
